The high performance Powerscreen® 1000 Maxtrak cone crusher has been designed for direct feed applications without pre-screening on clean rock. At its heart is the Automax® cone crusher which provides an excellent reduction and product cubicity for the production of high quality aggregate and sub-base material. Hydraulic release capabilities ensure that any un-crushable material entering the chamber is safely discharged.

The Powerscreen® 1000SR features a re-circulating conveyor and a double deck screen to provide the complete crushing and screening process on a single chassis. Suitable for secondary and tertiary applications, the 1000SR can produce up to three end products when oversized material doesn't require re-circulation to the crusher.

The Powerscreen® XH320 is a mid-sized horizontal impact crusher designed to offer operators and contractors both excellent reduction and high consistency of product shape for performance in quarry and recycling applications. With track mobility the plant is capable of working in the most demanding environments and features a rapid set-up time, fuel efficient direct drive system and excellent throughput capacity.

The Powerscreen® XH320SR features a screen and recirculating (SR) conveyor which returns oversized product to the crusher for further reduction.

The Terex Pegson XR400 is the perfect choice for recycling on primary applications. The hydraulic release jaw crusher fitted to this plant will sense an overload and open when required to protect the crusher against serious damage when uncrushables up to 8” cube enter the crushing chamber. The huge benefit of wonderful clearance under the crusher and power pack is further improved when the conveyor is lowered at the push of a button.
